Noncrossing and nonnesting partitions of classical Weyl groups
 
 
Description:  We study noncrossing and nonnesting partitions of classical Weyl groups, and we describe bijections preserving openers, closers and transients, between these two kinds of combinatorial structures, with some special emphasis on Coxeter systems of type $D$. This is a joint project with Ricardo Mamede (CMUC).
