We study the regularity of viscosity solutions to a broad class of singular or degenerate elliptic equations governed by the normalized \( p \)-Laplacian. We establish sharp Hölder continuity for the gradient, obtain improved regularity when \( p \) is close to 2, and derive Sobolev estimates in the homogeneous case.
