The MOOD method, principle and (some) examples

Description:
We present a new finite volume method to provide 6th-order approximations for hyperbolic problems.
The technique is based on the one hand to a conservative polynomial reconstruction which enable
to  provide local accurate representations and an a posteriori limitation to prevent from non-physical
oscillation in the vicinity of the shock.

Numerical examples are proposed to assess the method accuracy and robustness.
