H-matrices and their characterization using iterative methods

Description:  In the theory of Numerical Linear Algebra the class of H-matrices is very important. In recent years many works have appeared that propose criteria for a complex nxn matrix A to be an H-matrix. In the present work , we propose one more such criterion together with an algorithm.
