Description: |
In this talk I am going to present a joint work with Edoardo Ballico motivated by a stimulating conjecture due to Aprodu and Farkas. Our main contribution is a suitable improvement in the case of general curves of the classical theorem by Green and Lazarsfeld on the projective normality of higher degree embeddings.
