The AIM Conjecture

Description:  A long-standing open problem in loop theory has been to show that a loop with abelian inner mapping group is nilpotent of class at most 3. In this talk, I will describe the affirmative solution to this problem. No background in quasigroups or loops is needed, just some familiarity with what a group is.
