"Career Award - SPE (2017)" awarded to Nazaré Mendes Lopes by the Portuguese Statistical Society

Description:   At its XXIII Congress, the Portuguese Statistical Society awarded the Career Award - SPE to CMUC member Nazaré Mendes-Lopes "in recognition of her relevant contributions to the scientific, pedagogical and statistical development of Statistics in Portugal". With the awarding of this prize, Nazaré Mendes Lopes also becomes an honorary member of the SPE.
